This plan would be a good option if:

Business Standard

The price difference between Google Workspace Basic and Business means that the Business plan may not be a realistic option for some businesses. However, we would recommend this plan if:

• You manage a medium to large team
• You want to access all the features of the Google Workspace Basic, but you also want to archive emails and messages (Google Vault)
• You don’t want to worry about running out of storage space for your files (as long as you have more than 5 users – otherwise you will have the 1 TB storage limit)
• Synchronizing and easily sharing files between teams/companies is important to you.
• You plan to use Google Meet for video conferencing and would have less than 50 participants on any call

In the billing section, Google Workspace will tell you how many days you have left in your trial. Simply ignore it and click on Configure Billing.

From here you can change the plan from Business Starter and Business Standard, choose the type of account you prefer and finally you will see the billing section.

Click on the Promotional Code section and copy and paste yours and press Enter .

If you see a notice like “10% off every month for 12 month(s) if the minimum monthly bill is $1.00” it simply means that your promotion code has been applied correctly.
